You set the price — and keep it
Choose your own hourly rate, with separate weekend and public-holiday rates if you want them. Sizoro takes one flat 5% + VAT commission — no starter rate, no trial-period cut — and 100% of every tip is yours. Every job shows your exact net payout before you accept.
Joining is free. There's no registration fee and nothing to pay upfront — Sizoro only earns its commission once you've done the job and been paid.
Work where it works for you
Choose the areas you serve and control your own calendar. Employers nearby find you and book you directly — you are never sent across the city by an algorithm, and jobs you accept are jobs you chose.
Extra work is never free
Extra time and extra tasks must be approved in the app before they become billable. If a job runs over, you request the extra time and the employer approves it — agreed in writing, paid with the job. And when an employer cancels late, the cancellation fee goes 100% to you: Sizoro waives its own fees on that booking.

- Do I pay to register?
- No. Creating your worker profile is free — there's no registration fee and nothing to pay upfront. Sizoro only earns its commission once you've completed a job and been paid.
- Does Sizoro guarantee jobs?
- No. Sizoro connects you with employers nearby, but it doesn't promise jobs or a set income. You choose the areas you serve, set your own rate, and accept the jobs that suit you — how much you earn depends on the work you take on.
- How much can I earn on Sizoro?
- You set your own hourly rate, at or above the national minimum wage, and keep it minus a 5% + VAT commission. Every tip is yours to keep in full.
- Do I control my own schedule?
- Yes. You choose your rates, set the days and hours you are available, and accept or decline every booking request.
- When do I get paid?
- Once a job is confirmed complete, your share is sent straight to your bank account on Paystack's standard cycle — usually the next day. There is no payout day, no minimum and no payout fee.
- Can customers book me again?
- Yes. Employers can rebook you as often as they like, and your regular employers stay yours — trusted employers can even rebook you instantly.
